On Thursday, January 13, 2011, Michael Ignatieff held an Open Mike Town Hall in Vancouver, British Columbia. Don Chapman had a chance to ask a question to the Leader of the Liberal Party about citizenship and human rights and received a commitment from the Leader to speak on the issue in the House of Commons.
